Riu Paraiso Lanzarote Resort, Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote)

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-kept with pleasant yellowy net curtains at the doors. The service was top-notch, with extremely efficient service in the main restaurant and staff who were always willing to help promptly and professionally. The location was ideal, just across the road from the beach and within well-kept gardens. The dining experience was enjoyable, with excellent food and added ethnic items. The facilities were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel was spotless with very clean beds and a lovely updated bathroom. It was just as lovely as last year but with an improved flat screen TV. The service was fantastic, with staff making great efforts and always being polite and willing to help, although the personal touch was lacking. The location was situated in a quieter area near well-kept gardens and very close to a sandy beach. The dining options included gluten-free products and added ethnic items. The facilities were impressive overall. The value for money was reasonable, making it a good choice for a stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and comfy; I even found a lovely birthday card on the bed nearest to my unit. The large balcony was a delightful spot to catch the morning sun. The staff were fantastic, from the cleaners to the waiters, making a great effort to ensure all guests had a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, situated in the quieter Los Pocillos area of Puerto Del Carmen, just a stone's throw away from the beach. Although the dining experience offered excellent food, I would have appreciated a few more Spanish dish options. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall experience.
